CANCELLATION, PICKUP & DAMAGE POLICY

HANDMADE AND FRAGILE PIECES

Each Flower Dust piece is handmade with natural dried flowers and delicate materials. Minor shedding, natural variation, and gradual changes in color or texture are normal and are not considered defects.

You will receive the exact one-of-a-kind piece shown in the product photographs.

SELF-PICKUP

Every piece is carefully inspected before pickup and provided in excellent condition. Customers are encouraged to examine the piece when receiving it.

Once the piece has been accepted and removed from the pickup location, Flower Dust is not responsible for damage caused by transportation, handling, improper storage, direct sunlight, moisture, heat, or open flames.

If you believe the piece was damaged because of defective packaging, please contact us promptly and include clear photographs. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a repair, store credit, partial refund, or full refund.

LOCAL DELIVERY

Please inspect the piece as soon as it is delivered. Any damage present at delivery must be reported within 24 hours, together with clear photographs of the piece and its packaging.

Flower Dust is not responsible for damage occurring after delivery because of handling, placement, moisture, sunlight, heat, or other external conditions.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Self-pickup orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the scheduled pickup.

After pickup or delivery, all sales are final, except when a piece was damaged before it was received or is materially different from its description.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s bank or card provider.

MISSED PICKUPS

Please contact us if you need to reschedule your pickup. Orders not collected within seven days of the scheduled pickup may be cancelled and refunded unless another arrangement has been agreed upon.
